Q1: What advice do you have for someone with binge/over eating episodes? I am dialed in with my nutrition 98% of the time, but on occasion I cannot stop after 1 cookie, find myself finishing the whole pack just to feel incredibly gross about myself and ashamed because I lost control…

Q2: I am trying really hard to build my best physique, but it feels lonely at times because everyone around me says I focus too much on this.  How have you dealt with this or helped clients with it?

Q3: Currently dealing with a niggly back injury. 

  1. Would you recommend training through it and if so what adjustments.
  2. I am worried if I reduce my training frequency I will lose gains and strength and also that my calorie expenditure will reduce. Should I adjust calories?

Q4: I’m going on vacation to Barcelona for 3 weeks. How should I eat? I want to enjoy the food and culture but also not undo my progress. I’m not sure if I’ll have access to a gym or not. How should we do check-ins when I’m gone or should we just pause coaching for a month?
