What is your best advice for optimizing sleep quality? I make sure to get 8 hours of sleep opportunity, but my Oura says I don’t get a lot of restorative sleep and that correlates with how I feel when I wake up. I take magnesium and Ashwaghanda before going to bed and I’ve tried GABA (which didn’t do anything for me), any other tips?
